Tehran is ready to resume atomic talks with the United States on condition that it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi said exclusively dialogue was effective, and shared recent overtures had originated from mediators to restart discussions with the US government. He claimed Iran had zero undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran could not yet authorize the global atomic watchdog to visit attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.

Walking a Difficult Course

The foreign minister is navigating a complex route since Iran aims to avoid appear to be proceeding from a position of disadvantage, and he emphatically stated that Iran had arisen stronger defensively and psychologically from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.
